Who am I ?

Bartjabrick is a creative and innovative company, resulting from the fusion of the first name Benjamin with the words “art” and “brick”. The company specializes in creating Lego-style portraits, bringing a unique twist to visual art. As the founder of Bartjabrick, I am passionate about art and creativity, and I strongly believe in the importance of pushing the boundaries of artistic expression.

The genesis of Bartjabrick is rooted in my childhood fascination with Lego. The idea of ​​using them to create unique portraits took shape one evening in December 2023 when my wife decided to highlight her Lego architects of the world's cities on a world map. The world map having been released by LEGO and being able to personalize it without limit, the idea was born to be able to create portraits according to my imagination. I was able to combine my passion for visual art with my love for Lego.

The company aims to offer its customers unique and personalized works of art that capture the very essence of the desired person. Each Lego portrait is carefully designed to reflect the subject's distinctive features and unique characteristics, while incorporating a striking visual aesthetic.

The method of creating these Lego portraits is a meticulous process that requires both technical skill and artistic sense. I decided to go with 7 colors from black to white to give the face a timeless appearance thanks to the shadows. Color intervenes on the decor and the color of the eyes to enhance each portrait. This attention to detail brings each image to life, capturing the emotion and personality of the person depicted.
